Each photo generation consumes one credit. You get 5 free credits when you sign up (one-time). Paid plans include monthly product photos: Pro (up to 60), Business (up to 240), Studio (up to 720). All paid plans include credit protections—get your credit back if you're not happy with a result. Paid plan credits reset at the start of your billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

How Credits Are Used

1 Generation = 1 Credit

Each time you generate a product photo, it consumes 1 credit. This applies regardless of the scene type, props used, or export format.

Customize Before Generating

Choose your template and adjust props before generating to get the perfect shot. Each new generation uses 1 credit, so take time to customize your scene first.

Credit Reset Schedule

Monthly Reset on Billing Anniversary

Your credits reset on the same day each month that you subscribed. For example:

Scenario 1: Subscribed on January 15th → Credits reset on the 15th of every month
Scenario 2: Subscribed on March 3rd → Credits reset on the 3rd of every month

You can view your next reset date in your account settings under Subscription.

Rollover & Expiration Policy

⚠️ Monthly Credits Do NOT Roll Over

Paid plan credits (Pro: 60, Business: 240, Studio: 720) reset each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month are not carried forward. Signup credits are one-time and do not reset.
