This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Lume.Pics.

1. Subscriptions

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or unused credits.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charges, technical errors) at our discretion.

All refund payments, where applicable, are processed through Stripe.

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and cannot be combined with other offers.
