What You CANNOT Do ⛔

❌ Resell as Stock Photography

You cannot sell or license Lume-generated images on stock photo sites (Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, etc.) or as standalone digital products.

❌ Resell as Templates or Assets

Cannot package and sell Lume images as design templates, mockups, or creative assets for others to use.

❌ Generate Prohibited Content

Cannot generate images that violate our content policy: illegal items, weapons, adult content, hate symbols, or anything that violates laws.

❌ Claim AI Images as Original Photography

While attribution isn't required, you cannot falsely claim images were photographed by you if disclosure rules apply (e.g., advertising regulations in some regions).

❌ Trademark or Copyright the Generated Images

You cannot trademark Lume-generated images or claim copyright ownership beyond your usage rights. AI-generated content has specific copyright limitations.
